I liked the location and the mattress quality, but there was no kitchen or fridge access.

The place is well situated, but there was no staff to help, the kitchen never opened so we couldn't even get utensils, there was no filtered water, no mini‑fridge, the toilet was loose, the room window faced the street and let in a lot of noise, no hooks to hang clothes, we stayed six days and they never changed the bed linens—only the towels and bathroom mat when I asked. Overall it was disappointing.
