The host was incredibly friendly, the breakfast was great, and the location is perfect for trips to Ortasee. We'll come back.

We really liked the view of the lake. We were traveling with electric bikes that we wanted to store safely. To do that, we had to climb a very steep and narrow ramp from the parking, then stairs to reach the room, and again stairs to descend into the bathroom. This was obviously not mentioned in the description elsewhere. Additionally, this B&B is quite far from the city center and there are few restaurants nearby.

A monitored parking area, a sidewalk or stairs leading up to the gate, and a PIN entry to the garden and house. The welcoming owner is pleasant and smiling. Room 2 is large and bright, with a nice décor, perfect recreation facilities: storage space, a table with a kettle, glasses, mugs, mosquito nets everywhere, good lighting, fast and stable Wi‑Fi, power outlets for charging phones at the beds, a 32” SmartTV that we didn’t need, and the view of the lake dominates through the balcony doors. An unexpected perk is a place in the fridge, three rooms—three shelves—that come in handy on the road, and a microwave at the garden table. The bed is comfortable, a double with a medium‑firm mattress, pleasant linens, excellent blackout, quiet air conditioning, calm at night, slept great. The walk‑in bathroom has a window, warm water is fine, the balcony is narrower but a table and chairs fit, cars on the street below the house can’t be heard, but traffic isn’t intense, and at night it’s zero. The view of the lake from the garden with a manicured lawn is excellent, the pool is perfect, surrounded by loungers and comfortable chairs under a large pergola, shade or sunshine… perfect relaxation. Breakfast is excellent, a rich buffet, homemade jams, fruit, and great freshly baked pastries. I positively rate the wonderful and pleasant service from the owner, absolute privacy, cleanliness, a pleasant impression of the room, house, and garden, everything perfectly crafted, high quality, in perfect condition… the stop here was a perfect ten, we recommend.
