“other than confusion over breakfast else was okay”
The rooms were clean. They promised free breakfast, but the hotel refused to provide it.
The room was comfortable and clean, which was a relief after a long day. However, the breakfast area was a bit of a letdown - it could have been better organized and had more options.
I had a bad experience. I booked the property for two people, but the hotel team said they had sent a confirmation for one person. I showed the confirmation I received, but they disagreed. I also contacted Mr. Tarek R’s agent, who confirmed my booking for two people and said he had emailed the property, yet the issue remained unresolved. In the end I paid an extra Rs.600 to the hotel.
