“Recomendo a pousada Lunna”

The host was very kind, polite and attentive. The place is pretty nice, the bed is great, the bathtub is great, breakfast is very tasty and well served. The bathroom is very clean and tidy, with a hair dryer. Towels and blankets are very clean and fragrant. The cabin was well cleaned and organized. On the chalet’s balcony there could have been a table to enjoy breakfast, and the wood should be maintained to avoid accidents. The entrance could have been cleaner, without branches, because the first impression felt abandoned, even though once past the entrance everything was pretty and organized.

“Muito boa, um momento de reconexão com a natureza”

I found it very pretty, the water was lukewarm, the bed comfortable, everything clean, they left a repellent which I liked because I hadn’t brought one, and they were quick and practical with requests. The internet isn’t very good, but given the location it’s understandable; as a suggestion they could put a Wi‑Fi code in the common area or send the password before check‑in, because if you arrive and the host isn’t there you’re left without communication.

The service was perfect, the staff very attentive and the cabin very comfortable. The breakfast fell short; I expected a more typical coffee.
