“Great”
The staff was polite and respectful. The price could be a little lower.

The staff was polite and understanding. The price could have been a little better, but I understand.

The room was excellent, but the food at the restaurant was terrible.

It was convenient and easy to find, and very clean, yet breakfast was just a Starbucks kiosk.

The hotel was very clean, the room was a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. One of the receptionists was very unfriendly, the rest were very nice. Nothing to do on Kingston
