The staff were friendly, but the room and bed were very dirty.

Most of the receptionists were very kind, the place is half a block from the beach and in a central spot that makes transportation easy, the room is spacious and the climate control works well. The room could fit a small table and two chairs; I know that could raise the price but it’s worth it, the breakfast is good but the portions are small.

The staff were welcoming when I arrived and answered many of my questions. The room was clean and roomy. The upstairs terrace was nice and the pool was clean. It gets very loud in the evenings, even into the early morning, and even with the patio doors locked, all the karaoke, music, etc. from Quinta Avenida bleeds through.
