The nature around the hotel is lovely, the restaurant was very pleasant, and one of the staff members (the curly‑haired one) was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the outdoor area was very nice and quiet. The place needs a little updating, the pool could use a refresh, and the blonde‑haired staff member was rude, uncooperative, and unpleasant.

The location is wonderful and the owners were very warm. The staff were rude and the included breakfast was tasty but minimal (no coffee). The restaurant overall is excellent and the prices are reasonable.

The place is nice, the pool is good, the scenery is beautiful, the rooms are clean. The dinner at the restaurant was terrible, there was no choice and almost nothing was available on the menu; at five kilometres from Koprivshtitsa there is no alternative, so you have to book a room with breakfast and dinner. After you pay, you get a message that the table is not blocked, but what you are served is a salad and something resembling gyuvetch. Breakfast is served in the usual way but without coffee, which is paid for. The hotel is dull, a complete disappointment.
