The rooms were decent but could not open terrace door for more than a few seconds otherwise big spiders & insects came inside. The pool water was cold. Plz install central heating in the pool. The staff was very incompetent & confused. At check in as well as check out. They did not know our room numbers even after we had been assigned the rooms. Did not accommodate us all on one floor. Rain water was constantly standing outside the room door. Staff was not present in reception area. At check in, they very reluctantly accepted dollars as payment (at first refused) Nobody there to operate jacuzzi or sauna. Basically it's a self service hotel. I think they are under staffed. Despite taking almost $250 per night per room, they were charging for everything else extra. Not worth the hype.not worth the money.could've stayed at a much better hotel in a more reasonable rate. Also no halal food options at the hotel. Very difficult to find halal food in ella downtown even
