I was impressed by how spotless everything was; there were no complaints at all.
The breakfast and dinner menus were varied, and the room was large.
It was my second stay at this hotel, and it ranks among the best not only in the city but across the Shangri‑La chain; this property is on par with other well‑known chains.

The location was decent, the room was spacious and the staff fairly friendly, yet the facilities felt outdated with carpet pilling, the lobby was chaotic and overcrowded during the holiday, check‑in didn’t happen until after 3 pm, breakfast required a long queue, and the lobby bar had been taken over, which was unpleasant.
