Hotel San Isidro

The room was super comfortable and very nice, and the location is great for walking to the park and Xela’s historic center. Unfortunately, on the day we went there wasn’t enough water, so all the rooms had bathtubs that couldn’t be used and the shower had no pressure. Even though we were informed at check‑in, it was very uncomfortable to be ready to rest and then face that situation. I think they should have a contingency plan; a service like this can’t afford to be in that state, and practical solutions are needed.

The location and staff were good, but the room facing the pool received a lot of light from a sign, and there was too much noise from people in the restaurant and some rooms.

The location was great, with plenty of parking - that's about where the positives end. The beds were a letdown, with dirty spots on the headboards, and we had a weird issue with no water in the bathroom one afternoon on our second day.

The location was pretty good, but that's where it ends. The place was a mess - rooms were dirty, with cockroaches scurrying around, and the staff seemed really disorganized. They could use some training to get things running smoothly.
