Check‑in was fast, the front‑desk staff were very respectful and courteous, and the location was close to the places I needed in Riyadh. The cleanliness could use a bit more attention.

I wasn’t impressed at all: the toilet was open without any cover, and the reception staff behaved very poorly, showing a high level of narcissism and an inappropriate style.

The apartment was good, but I didn’t like the living‑room furniture; it looked old and almost shabby.

The location is great, but the apartments need a full renovation.
