Everything was fine.

The staff were available, the spa was nice, and there was a sachet of organic lemon balm tea in the room. The ravioli with pumpkin purée and a salad at the restaurant were good, and the balcony offered a superb view and calm. However, there was no simple soup option on the menu or a summary of the buffet at the entrance, and for a three‑star place a concierge binder covering the various services on the floor and nearby walks would be useful—either at reception or as a QR code.

The location, the view, the atmosphere are great. The check‑in and check‑out times are a bit strict but understandable given the staff constraints. The hotel’s website is not working.
