The pool was clean. The menu had little variety, and the tip was forced at 15% on pool‑area purchases.

The location was the only good thing. The staff weren’t friendly, I’m a Platinum Rewards member and didn’t get a room on the 3rd floor, the food was low quality, the rooms smelled damp, and the pool had a lot of mold.

Everything was great; I’d choose it again on my next visit. They could use a bit more cleaning; I found dust on the TV stand and dirt piled in a corner of the room that seemed to have been missed, but otherwise everything was perfect.
