The parking was fine. The night front‑desk guy didn’t resolve the issues we had on arrival and didn’t improve anything. The cleaning crew entered to wipe windows and other surfaces before we left. Neighbours from other rooms kept jumping onto our terrace almost all night and nobody called anyone out. After several calls to reception, the restaurant staff kept taking away our plates and glasses mid‑meal, as if they were in a hurry.

The buffet was really generous and varied, and the balcony with its ocean view was absolutely beautiful and striking. We found hair on the floor right when we got in, so overall the cleanliness wasn’t great. The building is on a steep slope and the elevator moves slowly.
