The location is decent, with a park entrance on the opposite side of the street. Breakfasts are decent and coffee is available all day. Parking availability is exaggerated; there really isn’t any. Still you can find a spot around the area.

The place was quiet. Nothing else.

Breakfasts are tasty and the staff are friendly, but there was a minor issue with parking spots.
