Bad experience at the hotel and no proper solution from the app. I arrived after the booking was confirmed through the app, but the front desk told me there was no prior reservation and that the booking was incorrect. The only solution was to cancel the app booking and book directly. I tried to cancel several times, but the app kept the hotel’s approval and the hotel claimed there were no cancellation requests, so the money and bookings were lost. The reservation wasn’t cancelled and I paid the hotel again (cash) for a miserable room.
