The location was great.

Our stay at the hotel was marred by a lengthy check-in process and a lack of English-speaking staff, but the room itself was satisfactory. Despite some initial difficulties, we managed to make the most of our time at the hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay very pleasant. The underground parking was a convenient feature, but the breakfast was somewhat average. Overall, the hotel's positive aspects outweighed its minor drawbacks.

The hotel's excellent location and friendly staff were notable strengths, but the breakfast options were limited. While the staff's English proficiency was a challenge, their overall service was good.
