The shower was excellent, and the bed and pillows were comfortable; the room was spacious and well lit. However, there were no hooks to hang clothes or wet towels.

“Sossego, natureza e diversão”

The space is great! The location and activities are good, the staff is attentive and always willing to help, the menu is varied and everything was super tasty. The room cleanliness and towels could improve, the pool bar could offer snacks for guests, and the music was very bad… a daily struggle! 🫠😅

“Foi uma estadia tranquila e muito prazeirosa.”

The room was clean and very fragrant, the location gorgeous and well‑maintained. The food was very tasty, good variety, and there were juices and water at lunch. The gym was complete with excellent equipment, and they also offer a quality live‑music night. The pools were not filtered, the panoramic area was dirty with bugs and other grime and nobody cleaned with a sieve. The thermal pool was the same. In the room there was no bathroom rug or towels; I had to ask at reception, and I suggest changing the towels because they don’t dry.

The shower was very good, the food very good, the space is democratic for adults and children to play, and the parking has plenty of spots. Nothing worth noting that I didn’t like.

The meals were very well arranged with a good variety of food options. The service was very good from the entrance, and the staff were very kind. The only thing that wasn’t nice was that I asked to change a blanket and they didn’t attend to me; since I had brought an extra blanket, I didn’t mind.
