The location was amazing, a great view of the town and lake. It is very central and close to everything. Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good and good value. The breakfast could be a little better, but as it was a free breakfast, I should not complain

La habitación luminosa con cama amplia y confortable y un balcón con vistas al lago. Cuarto de baño muy amplio y todo muy limpio y acogedor. Desayunos con opción indio o occidental abundante y buena y muy bien servida

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le attrazioni principali di tutta la città e girare a piedi comodamente. Inoltre il rooftop è davvero panoramico e l'hotel è dalla parte opposta rispetto alla città caotica. Lo staff gentili e disponibili. Colazione inclusa molto buona peccato solo per la poca varietà. Purtroppo tutte le sere c'è musica dal vivo ad alto volume fino a tardi e con lo smontaggio e traffico nei corridoi, la stanza è risultata molto rumorosa. L'hotel inoltre offre il servizio di laudry e si affidano ad una lavanderia esattamente difronte all'ingresso dell'hotel e con i prezzi ben esposti (150 INR per 1kg). Abbiamo affidato 4-5kg di vestiti al personale senza chiedere conferma del costo, loro non ci hanno mostrato il listino e alla fine ci siamo ritrovati con un conto di 2300 INR invece che 700-800 INR. Potevano essere più trasparenti visto che la lavanderia ha i prezzi esposti

Perfect stay can’t complain. We had spent a good 3 days here. Dinner at their terrace was one of the highlighting things as during the night the view was amazing. Would recommend highly. Only the entrance to the property was congested apart from that everything is top notch

The views are amazing, the staff are friendly, and the location is great—just opposite Hanuman Ghat and a 3‑minute walk to Ambrai Ghat. I did notice that room cleaning wasn’t done regularly, but everything else was fantastic.
