The donut holes tasted stale, and donuts with fresh fruit were only offered on Friday mornings, not on Wednesday or Thursday—seems reserved for weekend guests. There was no hot chocolate, only coffee. The spa was unusable for someone my age; the tub floor was slippery, so I avoided it. I wasn’t given any room options, and the promised receipt email never arrived, even 12 hours after checkout.
