Breakfast barely acceptable location excellent. Made did not show up for the second day, elevator broke, and no one notified us or put a sign on the door. Donuts were stale had to go to front desk to get clean towels. Bathroom fan was intermittent Who

We checked in the lady at the front desk, was not polite. She did not make her arrival comfortable as if we were bothering her. Also, the Jacuzzi was not working, but they had to sign that read out of order written with crayon. When we asked her about it, she said she had no idea her clue, but if that’s what the sign said, then I meant it was out of order. Very rude. I like that the room was clean
