“The building is absolutely awful. Stay away from this hotel. Pictures were deceiving.”

The staff were friendly, but the building itself was horrible: the sheets were torn, the bathroom door barely closed, and the furniture in the room was scratched. The elevator was awful, with a puddle the first night, and light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling. The hallway smelled like weed, the toilet didn’t work correctly, and if we wanted to use one in the lobby we had to ask for a key.

I had a terrible stay that I won’t recommend to families. The staff were extremely rude, arrogant, and unfriendly, and the hotel was thick with a marijuana odor. Rooms and facilities were dirty, old, and poorly maintained, with stained bedsheets and clumps of hair on the floor; the pool looked dirty too. Over my almost four‑day stay, no housekeeping was offered and I never received a fresh towel. Traveling with a young child made the conditions unacceptable. I asked to leave and get a refund on the day I checked in, but I was not refunded. I eventually had to request a room change. I have photos documenting these cleanliness issues. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

You should have known before booking that there was an extra dog fee. The front desk staff was fairly rude, the elevator was sketchy, the halls were filthy, and the whole hotel smelled bad.

The lady at the front counter with the short blonde hair was a very nice girl and pleasant to deal with. Pretty much everything else was a problem: the bed covers were very stiff, you had to yank on the door like pulling a tree out of the ground, the air conditioner didn’t work well, the tub drain looked like it was about to fall off, there was no ice bucket or cups in the room so I had to find them elsewhere, and there were no concession machines except behind the counter in the main office. Denver’s a big town, so it was just a little bit of work; I could have found a lot better for not much more expense.

The room was clean and the lobby was nice, but the outside door wouldn’t unlock, so they had to put a rock in the door for people who rented to go in and out… it was a little scary that people who didn’t pay had access to the rooms from the main entrance door.
