The environment was great and the staff were really nice, making you feel right at home, and the room was spotless. The only downside was that the lighting in the room wasn’t the best.

The location was close to the concert hall, but I didn’t know about the extra car fee beforehand and was hit with a $40 charge that wasn’t even on site.

I liked the location and the facilities and enjoyed everything except the breakfast on Labor Day, which was horrible; they ran out of everything and the staff was not friendly or nice when you asked for anything.
