VOA Convenience Hotel

“Um ótimo hotel.”

The location, cleanliness, and organization were spot on. The staff were polite and helpful, making the stay very good. I have nothing to complain about.

“Dentro das necessidades.”

The bed was huge and very comfortable. I was surprised to find a gas shower—here in São Paulo we only get electric ones, so I missed that. The room itself was small but met my needs. Parking was tight; a less experienced driver would struggle to fit, and guests often ignore whether they’re blocking another car, so it fills up. The hotel might partner with a nearby lot for support. When we arrived, we noticed a bit of trash left behind, which was a small issue with cleanliness.

I liked the parking and the wide staircase that gave easy access to the room. Breakfast was well stocked, and the waitresses were friendly, even though the lounge was cramped. Still, the price seemed high for the level of comfort, the front‑desk service could be warmer, and the noise from outside was more noticeable than it should have been.

The cleaning was good, and overall I liked everything.
