When we first arrived, the room we were given faced the noisy Hwy 65, so the staff moved us. It seemed there was no insulation to reduce the noise. After the room change, we found popcorn kernels under the fitted sheet on the bed. While I was relieved it wasn’t bugs, it was obvious the bedding hadn’t been changed and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed.

The staff were great and the facilities were excellent. The only issue was finding some wads of hair on the floor near the pool and hot tub.

The staff were very accommodating when we asked for early check‑in to prepare for a wedding. Nothing else was lacking—this was the best breakfast we’ve had in a long time.

My stay was made truly special by the exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I was particularly impressed by their understanding and helpful nature. However, I did notice that the pool area was slightly too small to ensure wheelchair safety, which was a concern for me.
