At first we were offered a room that was hardly acceptable, with no water in the toilet, a courtyard, and a climate‑control unit nearby. After we complained, we were given a very nice room—why not right away? The breakfast was good, and the dinner at the hotel was excellent. Initially the room was not functional.

The reception greeted me with a very friendly welcome, calmly giving all the important information and explaining it if needed. The windows in the room could have been a bit cleaner, but overall I see that as a minor issue and consider it insignificant.
