“Cukup nyaman”
Despite the guest house being newly renovated, I was surprised to find that it lacked a breakfast service and that the coffee shop and bread were still not operational. However, the real issues I encountered were with the bathroom, where the tiles were consistently damp and I suspected a leak from the shower. Additionally, the TV was not working due to a lack of signal.
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with the room's temperature control and the hotel's location, but these were easily overlooked given the hotel's many strengths.
Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marred by several issues, including a musty smell, unfriendly staff, and excessive noise. The hotel's location was also not ideal, making it difficult to access nearby attractions. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this hotel to others.
