The room is beautiful and bright, even with a nice little balcony. The hotel’s location is very convenient for public transport. The hotel has two nice pools that we used. The breakfast and dinner buffets are good.

“4-Sterne-Hotel??”

I liked the size of the room. The room and the hotel itself were also very clean. The breakfast was bad. The hard‑boiled eggs were broken in the shell every morning. In the breakfast room you were received very unfriendly. You couldn’t choose your own table, it was assigned by the cleaning lady. We ate at the entrance and exit. That’s what it means – anyone can imagine. When asked, the reception said this was normal because the hotel was full. Very strange… I had the impression that guests with only a stay and breakfast got the worst table. Also, the passes were kept at arrival and only returned the next day. That’s a procedure I don’t know from other hotels. Overall, the tone was unfriendly. The facility itself was clean. However, our room was old‑fashioned. A construction‑aluminum staircase led to the room from outside. It looked far from a 4‑star establishment.

“Carino , ma non ci tornerei”

The cleaning was meticulous, the weather was great, and the pool was nice. The dinner left a lot to be desired – the chef should be replaced, the buffet didn’t match the clientele, and there was no ingredient list for the dishes.

“Alberto in posizione strategica, molto carino, anche le stanze accoglienti, parcheggio disponibile… da tornarci”

Everything was good, but it’s not a four‑star hotel. The indoor pool was supposed to have a jacuzzi, but it didn’t, so that needs to be fixed.
