All meals were gluten‑free and of exceptional quality, but I was disappointed to learn that the beach access policy I had booked had changed, which was a real let‑down.

The beach is nearby and the room was clean, but throughout the stay the Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the breakfast and dinner left a lot to be desired.

The food was very tasty, well prepared and served, and the gluten‑free options were incredible; the staff were friendly and polite, thank you for everything. The room was tiny, so it was impossible to lay out a yoga mat, and there was no space for exercise, which is odd for a four‑star hotel that doesn’t have a fitness room. For the first time on all my trips I had this experience; I didn’t work out the whole vacation and returned home with back pain that took a month to recover. Internet didn’t work in the room or on the balcony, and to watch a movie I had to download it at the reception.

The AIC certification led us to choose this hotel; the menus vary and the dishes are very good, the proximity to the sea is very convenient, the staff are very attentive and welcoming, and the rooms are clean with some sea views. They were very helpful with everything.

We chose this great hotel with my daughter who has celiac disease, and we’d gladly return every year. Every dish was guaranteed gluten‑free, something we hadn’t experienced before; I didn’t have to worry a moment, and my 11‑year‑old daughter could taste freely. Everything was spotless. The food was especially tasty, and we ate traditional Italian dishes. Perhaps we would have preferred a buffet instead of the menu, but we were always satisfied. The timing restriction for entering the restaurant was unusual for us; for lunch and dinner it makes sense because dishes are served one after another, requiring attention from the staff, but for the buffet breakfast I didn’t see the point in having a strict entry deadline. If someone just wants a coffee within the breakfast window, they shouldn’t be told how long it takes to finish the coffee.
