The hotel was just about right and offered good value for money. For a quiet, cheap rate you get a decent room, and the hotel sits right in the middle of a nice area of Bassac, close to interesting spots in Phnom Penh city center. The building itself is old.

Nothing. The pictures and listed facilities are false. Most of the facilities in those pictures simply don't exist. It advertised having 3 pools. It has one which was closed. It advertised having a bar, it doesn't have one. It advertised having a coffee shop, it doesn't have one. The coffee shop that is pictured at the ground floor of the hotel has been converted into an overpriced convenience store. It advertised having a games room, it doesn't have one. The staff promised a full refund, they lied, and I still haven't received it. The shower didn't work. The room stank. The hotel was dirty. It's basically a scam and despite telling 's customer service, nothing has happened. They still allow the hotel to falsely advertise
