“Gute Lage und sauber”
The location was good, the air conditioning was pleasant for the temperatures, and everything was very clean. A fridge in the stairwell was available for everyone, but for check‑in you have to call a number on the door and wait for staff to arrive; they seemed a bit unprepared and didn’t speak English, though they were still nice and helpful.
Someone was sleeping in the stairwell when I left very early in the morning.
Everything was clean and orderly, but the pillows were an issue.

We were two adults and two children, stayed only one night, and the space was quite large with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and plenty of towels. My booking was for Saturday, but I had no response when I tried to contact the place from Wednesday. When we arrived, we called the available number and were told the door would be opened for us. After 10 minutes I called again and the lady was annoyed that I hadn’t mentioned I was at Maioral, apparently because they have other properties elsewhere – information I wasn’t aware of. A lady opened the door, said nothing, no greeting, and the reception area was tiny; we were left near the stairs with no directions, and she said “I didn’t say you should go up,” so there was a lack of information, friendliness and professionalism.
