I think this room is filthy, absolutely terrible, with no facilities and not worth the money at all. Nothing was good, everything was useless.

The location was easily accessible from the metro. The room was not worth the price; my room had a broken chair and I requested a change multiple times but it was not attended to. The switches in the room were not maintained and felt like a PG than a hotel.

I had a terrible stay here - the AC didn't work, there was no hot water, and the bed was really bad. The staff didn't respond when I asked them to fix these issues. To make matters worse, they charged me an extra 270 Rupees as a service fee. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I must say that this one is one of the best hotels in Gurgaon where one can stay in value for money prices. Also, the staff behaviour and facilities were of high standards beyond expectations. clean environment, and good location of the hotel is key points if you are planning a trip to this area
