The masia is pretty and offers free parking; we ordered a breakfast picnic and they delivered it (a bit small, but we’re grateful), but we were assigned a first‑floor room with no elevator, and despite asking to change it, it couldn’t be done; it would have helped if room choices were shown in a convenient spot, because we had many suitcases and backpacks and it was quite uncomfortable since the parking isn’t close to the room. The room had ants, so we had to unpack and shake all our clothes out of the bags. When they cleaned the room, they turned off the air conditioning.

The place is calm and private, the room is spotless, the staff are welcoming, and everything feels authentic. The coffee setup could be better—only instant espresso powder is available, and there are no wine glasses for the fridge wine.
