The only good thing was the location near the city center and the train station. First, it wasn’t clear at booking that the accommodation was shared, but later the host offered what would be an apartment for our family, yet it turned out to be just a tiny studio with very old furniture and insufficient space. On the first night, getting hot water was very difficult because their heating system required a valve to work and there were no instructions on how to use it. There was a lot to be disappointed about. A disappointment. I do not recommend it!

The place sits in a great spot, parking is a breeze, and staying just one night worked out perfectly for a short trip; it felt safe and quiet, so we slept soundly. The host sent a very detailed check‑in message that cleared up everything, which I really appreciated. It was my first time in Setúbal and I’m happy we chose this spot— the high rating is justified.
