The owner is very friendly and attentive, and the room was clean. The shower had low pressure and the area was a bit noisy at night.

The accommodation was great and perfectly located for exploring Rome. Loretta was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making our stay especially pleasant. The street in front of the property is a bit livelier and sometimes louder, but it also offers a nice view.

The location was good, but the breakfast that was advertised on the website was not provided. The room lacked a kettle, the air conditioning did not work properly and made a lot of noise, and the host was very present.

The lodging is not far from Termini—about a 15‑minute walk—and the Colosseum is the same walking distance at a comfortable pace. The accommodation was fine, quiet, clean, and as advertised. We booked a room with a private bathroom and toilet. The fridge was shared but there were no issues. Wifi was excellent. Lory was very kind, always answered our questions, and recommended local bakeries and restaurants that were not typical tourist spots. We could leave our luggage at the property after check‑in and before check‑out, which was a positive since we had about 6‑7 hours until the flight. From the bathroom, I only missed a towel rack or a stand, because the towel dryer seemed a bit insufficient.
