“מלון ממש טוב!!”

The hotel was excellent, located right on the Shibuya train station with entrance directly from the station itself. It was very clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and daily towel and trash replacement. The laundry machines with dryer were innovative, and the luggage delivery service was helpful. The shower was superb with a strong showerhead. We really enjoyed it and found it very convenient, though it would have been great to stay for the whole Tokyo visit. The room was a bit small and we couldn’t open all the luggage at once, which was a bit tough but fairly typical for Japanese hotels.

“Cumple”

The hotel is modern and pretty, with self‑check‑in and staff who try to use their translator to help you. They offer free coffee and amenities, even shaving gel and facial wash. There’s direct access to a mall in Shibuya and it’s close to that station. I would have stayed in Shinjuku instead because we were always heading there. The room was extremely small and there were no hot baths or onsen like other hotels.

“Overall great hotel!”

The location is great right next to Shibuya station, the place is clean, and the staff are nice. The only downside was that it was a bit too small.

The location was great, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The hotel offered a “BR” with a range of items for regular guests such as toothbrushes, various soaps, laundry powders, and more… The staff were friendly and helpful. The doors were thin and you could hear every passerby loudly. There were six washing machines, but they were very small and could only handle a few items at a time, so the clothes didn’t dry properly until we split them among three machines and spent about 1000 on wine for the drying process.

“Shibuya 😎”

The location was excellent, especially if you’re in a shopping mood; the Hachiko Plaza is a great meeting point and only a 5‑minute walk away, with restaurants along the way, the bed and pajamas were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. You don’t have to walk long distances, the station is very close. I would definitely return. The pillows were uncomfortable.
