The breakfast was excellent, the staff were enthusiastic, and the utensils like bowls and plates were meticulous, giving guests a feeling of dedicated service. After booking, I directly consulted the hotel about my room needs and both sides confirmed the arrangement. However, on check‑in I was given a completely different room than originally agreed. I told the front desk about the issue and they said they wanted me to relax, so they offered me that room, promising to move me after it was cleaned. When I mentioned the room problem again, only 30 minutes later they transferred me to the requested room. I was very upset and felt disrespected; this wasn’t a relaxation gesture as the front desk claimed, and if I hadn’t spoken up, I would have stayed in the unwanted room for all four days.

The buffet was way below par for the price you were paying. They charge exorbitant prices but the service is mediocre at best, and the hotel owner is arrogant, basically telling you to f‑k off if you don’t like it.
