“Great Location”
The location in Bandar Lampung was ideal, though the staff left something to be desired.
“A Hotel That Listens and Cares”
The hotel staff were incredibly professional, polite, and helpful in addressing all my queries, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Although I had some issues with noisy neighbors who didn't respect quiet hours, the hotel's solution to the problem was reassuring, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

The hotel's interior was tastefully decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed to find that they were unable to provide a room with single beds as requested, and when it came to seeking travel advice, the staff seemed a bit lost.

I was impressed with the hotel's breakfast options, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that my room didn't have a balcony, which would have been a lovely feature.

My stay at this fantastic hotel was marred only by the occasional loud noises from some of the guests, but the staff quickly addressed the issue by moving me to a quieter room and even upgrading my accommodation. The hotel's breakfast was great, and I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the excellent Wi-Fi and warm showers. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.
