Everything was very good, we stayed here for the second time, the staff are wonderful, thank you so much!!!
Good location, excellent administrator, early check‑in in the morning. Quiet, cozy. The stove didn’t work.
The location is convenient, the staff are polite, and the place is tidy and cozy. However, there were missing little extras like tea bags or coffee pods for morning brewing, and a kettle for the tub.

When we arrived at the room at 19:00 we found the door ajar and an unknown man and a maid inside. They claimed they were there to fix the air‑conditioner, and when we asked why we hadn’t been warned they said they didn’t know and that we should have hung a “do not disturb” sign, adding that if we complained they would leave us in the heat for two days without AC. We agreed to wait while they repaired it. The technician started work while the maid ran around looking for tools (it was unclear why he arrived empty‑handed); he got shocked twice because they didn’t know how to turn the unit off. While searching for the remote the maid rummaged through our belongings (there was no remote in the room). As they dismantled the unit, debris fell onto the bed and my child’s toys, with nothing covered. The technician eventually said he couldn’t fix it, collected his payment and left, leaving the unit completely dismantled. The maid swept the rubbish off the bed and nightstand with her hand. When we asked what would happen next, she said it was Saturday evening and nothing more would be done. This whole circus lasted about an hour, and we were exhausted and just wanted to rest. On Sunday nothing changed—the unit remained hanging over our heads, the heat was unbearable and our mood was ruined.
