The hotel is close to the airport, but the staff were appalling. I paid by card through Booking, yet they demanded cash because my husband’s card was not accepted—or cash or his presence was required—this was the first time in two years that I’ve faced such a problem. The staff behaved like fools, talked over each other, laughed, and pretended we weren’t there. Tuncay and his colleague are a disgrace to Hilton’s standards. The room wasn’t ready until 22:00 for three guests; we waited another 30 minutes for extra sleeping space. No one offered to help with luggage. A total disgrace—never again.
