The property was fine, but after booking there was a mix‑up between the booking site and the hotel; they never received my payment, so when I arrived I was charged again and never got a refund from either the booking site or the hotel.

I appreciated the customer service when we got to the hotel. Ms. Tiffany was amazing and we’re grateful for everything she did to make our stay wonderful, and Keem was very helpful with our needs. We had a great experience. There was nothing we didn’t like.

It wasn’t a good experience. The staff were unfriendly at check‑in. The rooms weren’t ready for our whole family, so we couldn’t check in until 5 pm even though the front desk said 3 pm, and when we asked about the time the lady said she didn’t have time for questions because it wasn’t her shift. After checking in, we found bed bugs. Instead of the manager compensating us, we had to jump through hoops for any compensation and deal with the conditions.
