The place was beautiful with very friendly, helpful hosts who did everything to make the stay pleasant; the room was very quiet, the beds wonderfully comfortable so we slept well; breakfast had everything you could want and plenty of it; the breakfast room was bright, friendly, cozy, inviting conversation with other guests; the garden was also a lovely spot. The fire‑door at each room was a municipal requirement, but it didn’t bother us.

The climate, architecture, and nice grounds made it worth arriving early to enjoy the place; there’s a good bike shop, on‑site food options (though you need to book in advance), a fridge with beer and wine, and breakfast (though we got leftovers from a prior group for 30 Euro). The bread was excellent, otherwise breakfast is not recommended unless you’re ready for the first serving. Mosquitoes were terrible and the breakfast was weak and pricey.

A beautiful spot, a renovated old house with tidy surroundings, definitely a quiet place to rest. The room was sparsely furnished; the outside was lovely but the mosquitoes were everywhere. Still a beautiful place.
