I wasn’t told there’s no parking, and when I finally figured it out I had to haul my luggage up a massive staircase to reach the cars. The bathroom didn’t even have soap or shampoo, the windows lacked curtains so daylight poured in, and breakfast was served far later than expected, making the whole experience feel pricey and underwhelming.
