“Para o nosso propósito de estar mais fora do hotel, fazendo passeios, atendeu bem expectativa.”
The location was very good, especially for those planning trips to the archaeological sites, and the service was very good. The breakfast offered many foods in small portions but met the needs. The furniture was old and the building had not been renovated.
The price and location were good, and the staff were very attentive, kind, and available 24 hours for help. At night the street could be a little noisy, but that’s part of the town.
“Never again”
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. However, the staff's complete lack of knowledge about hospitality is a major letdown. They seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests' needs, and I had to ask multiple times for simple things like extra towels and a room key. It's a shame, because with some basic training, this place could be a real gem.

On the plus side, the staff are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, which is a big plus. Overall, the hotel's strengths outweigh its weaknesses, and I'd definitely stay here again.
