“Could be so much better if they thought about practical things rather than trying and failing to being “boutique””
The room was large with a big balcony, the location was quiet, and it was clean and modern, but it’s missing the basics to be a boutique hotel, which I don’t think it is either. There was no bedside light or power, making it a designer but impractical place; curtains don’t close fully, blinds on other windows let daylight in at dawn and wake me up, there’s no coffee‑making facility, and breakfast offered only 2 Asian options with no fruit, cereal, or eggs—most Western guests will need to go elsewhere for breakfast.
