The beach was just an easy walk away, and it stayed quiet at night, so as a solo female traveler I felt totally safe. Cathy, the manager, was wonderfully warm and welcoming. The bed wasn’t really comfortable and the space was small, but I made both work.

I landed right in the middle of everything, and the rooms were adorable—Cathy made the check‑in a breeze, and the VHS collection was a real treat. The only downside was the fog, but honestly that’s beyond the hotel’s control 😄
