The facilities look new. The hotel is pretty good, the room is small but has everything. They clean the room every day. The location is best, just a 3‑minute walk to the metro. The bed is uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise.

The spot is spot on, just around the corner from the metro station, and from there you can reach almost all of London in a short time. The neighbourhood is nice, with shops, restaurants and pubs within a two‑minute walk. The room was tidy, the bathroom clean and it looked freshly renovated. The staff were friendly and you could store your luggage. Nothing else to complain about – I was surprised by the Google reviews but we didn’t notice any issues.

They put us in a room that was underground. Every morning was cold and dark. On a sunny day, we would go out in a raincoat and umbrellas, because, we simply didn’t know what the weather looked like. We were becoming vitamin D deficient because we couldn’t see the sun all day! Buildings are also not wheelchair or luggage accessible we had to drag our bags down a maze-like hallway and multiple steps. For reference, I’ve attached a photo to show you how we looked in our room (the view outside is our actual view from the room)
