“Awful staff decent room”
The hotel is very close to the main station, but the staff are unhelpful and unfriendly, as if they’re forced to work there. The bathroom air is thick and smells like sewage.

The location is great, right next to the rain station with excellent tram and bus links, though the trams outside are noisy.

The front‑desk staff was extremely friendly and handed me a free upgrade; the room was spacious and featured a large bed.
