“This hotel is not worth your money or your time. It should be completely shut down or fully renovated before hosting ano”

Deborah and two male staff members were helpful, yet they couldn't mask the awful state of the hotel. Avoid it at all costs. The rooms were filthy, stank, and poorly kept, with peeling walls, dirty sheets, and a damp, mouldy smell that lingered. The AC failed to cool, the TV was broken, and there was no phone system; guests had to descend several flights of stairs to reach reception. I'm writing this review in complete darkness because a power outage has lasted over an hour. At night, loud music blares until early morning, area boys smoke behind the hotel, and weed fumes drift into rooms. For the high prices, you get no comfort, no breakfast, no car wash, and no proper service.

“A huge disappointment at Blue Moon Beach Hotel”

I was disappointed with the whole experience. After booking, upon arrival, I was told all rooms were fully booked—even though my reservation was active on the app. I eventually had to find another hotel that night. I sent a complaint email, called the manager, and explained my ordeal. He later took me to a dilapidated security room if I could manage it—a room where the toilet lights were bad, the AC didn't work, and there was no fan! It was a mess, and that was around 2 am. It was a frustrating experience. I will never recommend this Blue Moon Beach hotel to anyone.

“You have to just manage since you paid so little”

It was dirty, and I was charged more than what I booked.
