1. The location is great – the airport line and MRT are nearby, which is why I chose this place for a 5:33 am airport train. With luggage you can walk the skybridge to the elevator and cross the street, or exit MRT at Exit 3 – super convenient. 2. There’s a convenience store right beneath the hotel, which is fantastic. 1. The bathroom is tiny and the shower head only gives either scalding hot or icy cold water, making it impossible to find a comfortable temperature, so I had to take cold showers – luckily it was summer, but showering was a real pain these two days. 2. Around 3 am on Saturday I was woken up by a group loudly singing and talking for a long time; I had to use earplugs. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it was a real headache.

The location was excellent, and they kept my luggage before check‑in and after check‑out, which was a huge help. The shower head was loose and leaking, so the water pressure was poor.
The place was attractive and well kept, and I really enjoyed the view even though it looked out onto the street and some other buildings; I liked watching people pass by and feeling a bit of the daytime buzz. We were two people and I had hoped for a slightly larger room, but it wasn’t a major issue except when we needed space to open our suitcases.

It’s in a very central spot, with the MRT, BTS, and canal boat taxi right next to it. We tried all the transport options and they were all great, even with our kids (11 and 12).
